Traveling nurse, have stayed here often

Very cozy and quiet apartment. I work night shift and this was perfect. The host is very responsive and accommodating. I enjoyed the welcome card every time i stayed here.

Nice little apartment that fit our needs prefect for going to a concert in Clear Lake. My suggestion would be to do a little cleaning in the entrance and hallway to make a better first impression. Also a hair dryer would be nice.

The apartment was very cozy and quiet. The outlay was nice and very clean. The location was close to alot of the places I wanted to see. Communication was very good with the host Angel. I would definitely recommend and stay there again Wish I could have stayed longer.

Met all my expectations

I'm a travel nurse and this was perfect. It was nice to have my own space while I stayed in Mason City too work. It was comfortable and quiet and I had no problems getting rest in between shifts.

The property was perfect for us. Very clean and well appointed. Angel was very gracious and accommodating. The property was close to many sites and downtown. My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at the facility. Thanks for ensuring that we felt welcome.

Cute, quiet, and comfortable

I'm a traveling nurse in mason city. This is my 3rd stay at this building and I love it. The host is very responsive. The apartment is comfortable and clean and has everything I need to ensure I have a good work week.

Comfortable and quiet

It's a cute apartment in a cute neighborhood. I work nights at the hospital and have no problem getting sleep here. Plus, it's only 5 minutes from the hospital. Angel is always very accommodating and responsive.

I always like staying here. My only complaint is that it smelled of "old" cooking oder. It may have been closed up for a while so no fresh air was available or it may have been coming from one of the other units. This is the first time I have ever noticed an unpleasant odor.Otherwise all was great.
