Very clean, bathroom and kitchen updated. Kitchen was well equipped. Location worked great for us. Host was very easy to contact. We did have some issues that required attention like lack of good curtains in bedroom, running toilet and a lingering bad smell in laundry area but host was responsive to address these concerns without hesitation. Carpets, area rug, and furniture in living area were very dated and worn out and ceiling fan is in need of repair.

If you need a perfect place to stay, this is it. Our employee was beyond happy with all the amenities and how clean it was. Host was very helpful when needed. Would stay here again if we ever get back to this part of Colorado.

The location of this property was perfect for the things we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. We were close to old "Colorado City" area where there was shopping, dining, a park and a Carnegie Library. We were able to get to the Cheyenne Zoo in about 30 minutes and Manitou Cliff dwellings even more quickly. It was maybe 15 minutes to Garden of the Gods. There were two Walmart's nearby if you need groceries or other supplies. There was also a grocery store and Walgreens on the way to Garden of the Gods. It was close enough to the highway to get to other popular tourist locations as well. The house had filtered water in the kitchen faucet, a refrigerator with cold water and ice. The living room and bathroom had lots of space to spread out suitcases and toiletries. The bedroom was a bit small and short on outlets for plugging in cell phones and hearing aid chargers, but we were able to utilize other outlets in the bathroom and kitchen. Wonderful peek at the mountains from the kitchen window. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and heat up leftovers. We aren't much for cooking meals, but it looked like everything you might need was in the cabinets. There was even a really cute "closet" full of spices and herbs. The Host communicated with us throughout the trip and answered questions quickly. Our little dog even had enough space in the living room for her evening game of fetch!
