This duplex is located on a waterfront canal that leads out to Kings Bay. Each unit has been completely remodeled and every detail brand new. This property will allow your multi-family or large group to vacation together while also keeping your own living room/kitchen/bedroom spaces. Hang out and spend time together on either one of these large decks, backyard or fish together at the seawall. Apartment #1 has a boat slip just steps from the deck and both sides share a brand new kayak ramp and launch.

It has motion-activated cameras at each front door facing toward the street and at each back door facing towards the canal.

It is treated quarterly for those pesky Florida pests. We recommend all doors and windows stay closed when not in use to help prevent indoor bugs.

It is located on a canal that features a brand-new seawall and 3' wide sidewalk. A dramatic drop off up to 6' in height into the canal (depending on the tide and time of the year) may potentially be dangerous to children. All guests should take precaution and children should be supervised at all times.

Various wildlife is present in the area. No food should fed to any animals or be left outside that would encourage unwanted visits.
