Two nice beaches close and several nice restaurants with reasonable menu. We chartered a tour boat and there were boats available for snorkeling with manatees. Small shops for those interested in shopping. Weeki Wachee also close for children.

This house is BEAUTIFUL and clean. It sits right on the canal as well. There were plenty of towels, plate and silverware. We were visiting family and they came to spend time with us on the outdoor patio. I highly recommend this house to a small family. There's also a lot to do in crystal river in general. 10/10 !

Do not hesitate to stay at this house. Everything was perfect: The location, the cleanliness the relaxed "feel" of the decor. (Not too spare, and yet not too fussy.) The king bed was soft yet supportive. The lights were dimmable, the appliances new, and the kitchen equipped for small meals. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. (The location of the house placed me perfectly between the beach in one direction and the golf course in the other. What could be better?)

Our stay at this riverfront VRBO felt like stepping into a slower, softer version of life The property was serene, peaceful, and exactly what we needed to unwind. Mornings on the deck listening to the water, evenings watching the sunset reflect off the river, and the quiet in between made it hard to leave. The location was perfect too, close enough to everything we needed without losing that tucked-away, private feeling.The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel welcoming instead of just “a rental.” Whether you’re looking to relax, reconnect, fish, boat, or simply breathe for a few days, this place delivers.Definitely one of those spots that leaves a little river mud on your soul in the best possible way. We’ll absolutely be back.

Host was welcoming. Canal view was great. Quite most of the time although a lot of construction noise due to rebuilding from hurricane damage. Minor TV issues but host worked throughout the issue.
