Cozy adorable home!

An absolute gem! My husband and I came to Marco Island for the first time and we loved it here! The place was clean, airy and the perfect location. We loved the amenities and the hosts were great at communication. Thank you for everything, will certainly be back again! A+

I just returned from a long weekend vacation on this property, which I booked long time ago for my birthday. First of all, the pictures online maybe were taken when the house was new or remodeled at some point long time ago, but now it was quite different. The house need an urgent maintenance, paint and deep cleaning all over the house, kitchen, bathrooms and mainly the pool, which have all the paint chipped, walls damaged, broken tiles, and a thick brown scum line all around the pool. The kitchen utensils and cabinets were a mess. The linens and towels looked dingy, some stained and old. I was disappointed because the house has the capabilities to be a wonderful home. It’s near restaurants, shops, and the beach. It’s big and spacious, the neighborhood feels safe and quite. And very important, the communication with Felix the host was good, he was nice and attentive, but I have a feeling that he doesn’t live nearby and need to send someone to supervise. Anyways, the weekend flew by, and we had a great time in family.

Hi Dayma Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words about the communication, location, and neighborhood. I’m glad your family had a great birthday weekend. I’ll be honest, this review caught me off guard. At no point during your stay did you reach out about a single one of these concerns. I’m available throughout every stay and have local cleaning, maintenance, and pool crews who could have addressed most of these items the same day. I also personally inspect the home every month, and my crews repair, repaint, and replace anything that needs attention. I’ve scheduled a full walkthrough to review the pool finish, linens, and paint. I welcome all feedback, but the best time to share it is during your stay, when I can actually fix it for you.

Had everything we needed. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Great water pressure. Centrally located and only a few minutes to grocery, restaurants, and beaches. The best part for our family was jumping in to a refreshing pool after a day at the beach. Would stay here, again.
