Hi Austin, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattresses didn't meet your preferences. -We had someone come fix the door. The batteries had been removed from the door lock, as well as all of the remotes. -We've recently repainted the whole condo and purchased new bedding, TVs, kitchen equipment, and patio furniture. We are sorry you felt the property was not well-kept. We appreciate guest feedback and apologize for any inconvenience during your stay.

As part of our standard procedure, all guests are sent an email prior to arrival with detailed entry instructions, security measures, and contact information, including my assistant Janet's phone number. - During your stay, I was out of the country on a pre-planned trip but made arrangements for Janet to be available to address any issues. Regrettably, we did not receive any communication from you or Janet regarding the concerns you mentioned in your review.- Regarding cleanliness and maintenance, we take pride in ensuring that our property meets high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Our cleaning supplies are readily available for guests' use, and we provide essential amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and kitchen essentials to enhance your stay.- I have personally inspected the sliding doors and furniture mentioned in your review and found no issues. However, your feedback is valuable, and we are taking steps to address any potential areas for improvement, such as replacing the kitchen chairs.Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and regret that your stay did not meet your expectations.
