Dogs: Max 1 must be registered & leashed. No unattended dogs.
Age Requirement: 25+ or accompanied by parents.
Unregistered Guests: $500 fine + loss of deposit.
Damages: Liable for damages, covered by security deposit or damage protection plan.
Property Care: Keep the property clean and tidy. Excessive mess may incur fees.
Longer Stays: Mid-stay cleaning required for a fee.
No Parties/Events: Strictly enforced.
No Smoking: Inside or out.

We had a really nice stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. It was easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The hosts were communicative and everything went smoothly during our stay. Would happily stay here again.

This place is clean, very well appointed, and yvery relaxing. Kitchen is new, bed was comfortable and the location was just perfect for us. Very fairly priced with a host that checked in and was very responsive.

I had a wonderful stay ant Tonka Hills and would absolutely stay here again. The home was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect for my time in the Minneapolis area, and I especially appreciated having such a peaceful and welcoming place to come back to at the end of the day. The owner was wonderful to work with—responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Birthday get away!

This property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property is quiet and clean. The family that lives upstairs are quiet and nice. The location is good with easy access to highways and lots of things to do. The couch is nice and comfortable for binge watching Netflix.
