The garage is available for machine repairs (bring your own tool kit just incase) or thawing frozen gear, and trailers can be parked to the left of the driveway on the yard. Hiking is abundant for all skill levels around here being so close to the Porkys. Trailheads are just a short drive away.

Fishing adventures await with miles and miles of trout streams, rivers and lakes all within a short drive from the home. Trout (brookies, browns and rainbows)perch, smallmouth, walleye with seasonal runs of salmon, lake run Brown trout, coho and king salmon in the Lake Superior Tributaries. Lake Gogebic is an epic icefishing destination for some monster yellow perch. There are Charter Boats and Guides available in the area if you contact some of the sports shops they'll be glad to help to select the right trip.
