This was such a cozy nice RV to stay in!! Got to have a fun camping experience while still being super comfortable and the host was so kind and welcoming!!

Spacious RV

Good sized RV with everything you could need. Lots of storage space. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Nice friendly owner.

Wonderful camper

The camper was clean, nicely equipped, and the manager was very helpful!! It is a close drivimg distance to town and the manatees.

Great location

The trailer was comfortable for my family of 5. The host was very friendly and responsive. It was a short drive to Crystal River where we swam with manatees it was a wonderful experience.

Cozy quiet place to lay out heads

The owner was so thorough with communication. Before I even thought to ask about something, there would be message waiting for me. The RV was the perfect size for me and the 3 sons I was traveling with. We have family in the area that we hung out with during the day, and we're glad to have the place to sleep at night and make breakfast in the morning. It was clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient to a grocery store, restaurant, bowling alley, and the Springs for enjoying the weekend. Thank you for a great stay!

Unacceptable

The RV smelled bad (someone had smoked in it?) but the worst part was the neighbors & the surrounding area. Neighbors had junk everywhere, the area had random sheds & obviously unoccupied trailers. My granddaughter and I were very concerned and uncomfortable staying there. In fact, we contacted the host, leaving a message to have him call me immediately and we left. We booked a hotel room for the duration of our stay and I’m now trying to get a full refund from the host. I took pictures and will be filing a complaint with VRBO.

Dear Ann, According to VRBO’s review guidelines, reviews should reflect an actual stay. In your case, you left the property immediately and did not stay overnight, which you acknowledged in your review. The RV is a non-smoking unit, and I have not received similar feedback from past guests. I returned your call right away and offered to come over immediately to address any concerns, but you had already left. The neighbor you mentioned has since moved out, and the area no longer has that issue. While the location is rural and may not appeal to everyone, it has been a safe and peaceful place for many families and elderly guests. We’ve hosted over 450 guests in the past year without incident, and guest safety is always a top priority. Sincerely, Vitali

RV was loved in by owner, next door neighbor was too close with a lot of stuff in the yard. The RV was not up to date it had an smell that smelled old. The pictures he has on line was not up to date. The Host was great but he needs to update the site. Get to know the surroundings because it's a country part of Florida which we didn't know. We lost our money because we didn't feel safe and comfortable.

DISAPPOINTED

We were fine with the age of the trailer as the pictures show. However, what isn’t shown is that the neighbors are very close and the neighbors that are close have a very junky property.Also, the area around is very rundown. There’s also a run down trailer that sits across from this spot. It is off the beaten path. The actual road to the camper is dirt. The spot is actually cute if it weren’t for the neighbors next-door.The neighbor had a loud diesel truck and he was running it all night long at all hours. Like at 1:30am. It woke us up because the walls of the trailers are thin. Let the owner know but he made excuses that guy‘s truck wasn’t running for two months. I don’t know what that has to do with anything. Especially when in the instructions we are the ones that are to be mindful of the neighbors lolIn any case we cut our 2 night stay there short and left after the first night because we were exhausted from no sleep. On a large note, we were here when it was 96 and it was very warm and took a long time for the trailer to cool down. I had told him ahead of time what time we were coming (3pm which is check in )he brought the keys and set them there, but did not bother turning the air conditioning down. It was set at 88.If you want to make a cup of coffee or run the microwave, you have to turn the air off which we were not willing to do because it was so hot.Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend.For you tougher people this might not be an issue. I appreciate your feedback. 1. I believe your primary concern was the neighbor. His yard was junky because he was in the process of moving out. He's already moved out and left the spot clean. 2. I prepared the space for you in the early morning and had to go to another town for the appointment, that's why I brought the keys and set them there instead of handing them to you. My bad, I left the AC set at 85°F. I usually do it at 80°F, and it takes just about 20 minutes to cool down to a desirable comfort level if you keep the doors and windows shut. You could count on the fingers of one hand the number of guests who had any issues out of more than 400 guests that I've hosted during the entire year. 3. I am sorry for the inconvenience. The lessons have been learned and issues fixed. 4. You can stay for another night or two for free to make sure that everything is great now. Best wishes. God bless
