Hi! We’re Laura and Joseph—Midwest natives who fell in love with hospitality after hosting a property in our hometown. What started as a way to earn a little extra quickly turned into something much more meaningful. We realized how much we enjoyed creating spaces where families, friends, and fellow travelers could relax, recharge, and make memories. So we turned it into a small family business.

We now co-host this property on behalf of the owners and treat it like one of our own. Hosting allows us to blend service, creativity, and connection—and we take pride in offering a space that feels easy, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for.

We’re also parents to a five-year-old daughter, Amelia, and a baby boy, Finn, who’s almost one. Life is busy, full, and beautiful—and we bring that same energy into making sure your stay feels like a breath of fresh air.

While this isn’t our primary home, we loved this neighborhood the moment we saw it—which is exactly why we chose to co-host here. Crystal River has a charm you don’t find just anywhere. It’s laid-back, full of natural beauty, and has a rhythm that helps you slow down and enjoy the moment.

From kayaking at Three Sisters Springs to spotting manatees and grabbing fresh seafood from local spots, this area makes it easy to unplug and reconnect—whether that’s with nature or with each other. It’s the kind of place we’d want to bring our own family, and that’s exactly the vibe we aim to create for you here.

What makes this property special is how much thought has been put into making it feel both comfortable and adventure-ready. Whether you’re staying in the main home or the tiny home—or both—it’s designed to give families, couples, and small groups a fun, easy place to land between Florida adventures.

There’s a covered deck for slow mornings and shaded meals, a fire pit for late-night s’mores and stargazing, and even snorkel gear and life vests ready for spring-hopping. We’ve included things we appreciate as parents and travelers ourselves: fast Wi-Fi, cozy touches, easy check-in, and dog-friendly details (like furniture blankets and food bowls).
