Living Area: Tastefully decorated in a chic motif
Bathrooms: Master bath with walk in shower, second bath is full bath with shower.
Extras: Direct beach access, washer and dryer in-house, high-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge, fully-equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach experience with beach towels, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs.
Parking: One car in garage. Second car in driveway.

We love our neighbors, and our neighbors will only love us back if guests are respectful, courteous, and adhere to quiet hours. If you are looking for a place to go wild, this is not for you. We monitor decibel levels 24/7 and vigilantly enforce quiet hours. Door code to be provided 48 hours prior to arrival and will be active when all documentation is accepted.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM (please book an extra day if this is too early for you).
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping (inside or outside)
- Must be at least 24 years of age to book.
- No events
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

You are booking with Casago North County San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own âVacation Rental Agreementâ after they've made their booking.
