Aussi cool qu'une cascade lors d'une chaude journée d'été, le Waterfall Cottage vous offre une expérience de vacances rafraîchissante. Cette maison de vacances de trois étages est située à Crystal Beach, à quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage, du Destin Commons - le seul centre commercial à ciel ouvert du nord-ouest de la Floride - et de nombreuses autres attractions.

Outre son excellent emplacement, le Waterfall Cottage présente de nombreux attraits. Une terrasse de piscine carrelée borde un côté de la maison. Des chaises longues, des tables et des parapluies contribuent à faire l'expérience du style de vie de la Floride. Et il y a même un grill prêt à attendre votre prochaine cuisine familiale.

À l'intérieur, vous trouverez une maison décorée avec goût. Les peintures d’île paradisiaques et de palmiers vous donneront l’impression d’être dans une oasis tropicale. Les chambres spacieuses et bien éclairées ont toutes une pièce unique et unique. Et à partir du dernier étage, vous aurez toute une vue. Tous les accessoires dont vous aurez besoin sont ici, de la cuisine et de la salle à manger entièrement ��quipées à la buanderie et à la zone réservée aux enfants du troisième étage. Le Waterfall Cottage est vraiment une retraite de vacances revigorante.

Very disappointed! Upon arrival the patio furniture was broken, grill unusable, yard and pool was a total mess with tree debris. The pool was not heated of which we paid extra for, due to the gas being shut off months earlier by the gas company due to a gas leak. It took 13 days of our 14 day stay for the pool to become available for us. We had to call for hairdryers, of which they included in their amenities. Would definitely not recommend this rental and definitely over priced!

The house fit us all so perfectly. The house was cozy, comfortable and spacious. I loved the master bedroom and everything about it. I will definitely try this rental again!

This property is exactly how it’s listed, there are just a few things I wish would have been different like the decking and railings all together. The balcony was in a shape that I couldn’t let my granddaughters outside on this decking. It just needs a little love to make it back up to a 10. We loved the stay, we had enough for all of us, loved the pool!

September 2022 Stay

Of all the VRBO properties we have stayed, this was the only one that was disappointing. We were aware that all rentals' prices were much higher than in previous years - not sure if everyone is trying to recoup COVID losses quickly or not. For what this unit cost, it was not near as nice as all the others we have stayed. Interior finish work is poor - under and over paint, uneven towel racks, sticky doors, cable TV was inoperable when we arrived - fixed two days later. These are not deal breakers, but are easy fixes that do not indicate the property owner checks the unit for the obvious items that stand out. Living room furniture is inadequate and uncomfortable for a unit that is supposed to sleep 12. Response to the only issue we brought up - the cable system, was quick - techs tried to fix it the day we arrived, but it required a new cable receiver which they installed on Monday. I would rate the unit as OK, but overpriced for what it is.

Camping Club goes to the BEACH!

What a perfect house to accommodate our friend group! We had a wonderful week celebrating the high school graduation of our daughters. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect also!

Poolside Workcation

Roomy 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a nice backyard pool. There were 4 adults and a dog in our group. We chose the upstairs room, they chose downstairs, so we had plenty of privacy. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony off the master bedroom. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We even found a putt putt golf place nearby. Had a great Workcation and can't wait to do it again. Note* Dogs not allowed in pool area, but there is a side yard, not enclosed where we walked our dog, and she enjoyed laying on the porch observing everything.

The house location is a short walk to beach and shopping. I first impression walking in was it could have been cleaner and meh. This house has so much more potential. The pool was very dirty when we first arrived, but could be easily taken care off. The landscaping around the pool and trees are over grown. A little TLC and all the mess in the pool would be taken care of. The pool guy did come a few days after we arrived and took care of the issue, but a day later, leaves and landscaping in the pool. Who ever is doing the remodeling is terrible. I would be upset if I owned the house and saw the crappy work done, dried paint on the floors, a hole in the wall were a kitchen cabinet had been taken down. My 13 year old even said something about the crappy job. Did these things make our vacation terrible, NO. We had a great time. Made a game out of getting the leaves off of bottom of pool. The dyer also broke when we were there. Still not a deal breaker.

Absolutely Perfect !!!

The house was perfect for our family- very clean and the kitchen was a great one to cook in ! We loved how close it was to the beach and really enjoyed the pool too. Absolutely loved the feel of the quaint neighborhood it was in- very cozy and extremely quiet.

Gross and Disgusting

The place was infested with roaches of all sizes, it did not look like it had been cleaned , extremely dirty carpet, sofa bed and all furniture, the sofa bed downstairs was full of old food crumbs , in addition shower drain clogged and bedroom doors were not closing properly. It was a terrible experience and a horrible place.
