New, August 2024! Beautiful porch, view of Marina

When you drive up to this villa you will immediately notice the large parking space underneath the villa. Easy to park your car(s) and trailer(s). When you bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft.
The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs.

When you walk up the stairs of this villa on stilts, you will notice the large porch with a great view on the Marina. A nice spot to sit and relax after an active day on the lounge set or have dinner at the dining table for 6 people. A gas BBQ is placed on the porch for your convenience.

Once you enter the villa you will notice the spacious living room, with a 75-inch smart TV. The bright kitchen is well equipped and will make it easy for you to prepare a meal for your family and friends. The large dining room will easily seat all six of you and possibly some of your friends. A great place to eat the catch of the day.

The Master bedroom has a King, and the Master bathroom has a nice walk in shower and a double vanity. Needless to mention that there is a 55-inch TV in the Master bedroom.
The second bedroom also has a King, and the third bedroom has 2 Twins. Obviously both bedrooms have a 55-inch TV. They share a bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. This house offers free WIFI (up to 1 GB).
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck and lounge chairs.
