NOTRE MAGNIFIQUE PROPRIÉTÉ N'A PAS ÉTÉ TOUCHÉE PAR L'OURAGAN MARIA. NOUS PRENONS ACTIVEMENT DES RÉSERVATIONS !!!
Notre nouvel appartement Penthouse a été récemment acquis et rénové dans un style très contemporain, tout en conservant une atmosphère de plage. Asseyez-vous pour le petit déjeuner sur notre grande terrasse donnant sur la plage d'Isla Verde et l'océan Atlantique. Préparez le dîner dans notre fabuleuse nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme et de superbes comptoirs en quartz blanc stellaire. Les équipements comprennent les éléments suivants:
-Trois chambres joliment aménagées, toutes avec télévision connectée et service de câble.
-Trois salles de bains récemment rénovées, deux dans la chambre et une dans le salon
-Laveuse et sécheuse au deuxième niveau, près des chambres
-État du magazine d'art digne d'une nouvelle cuisine, avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en quartz blanc stellaire.
Les appareils électroménagers comprennent: réfrigérateur de style porte française, four mural et micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson en verre et tous les petits appareils électroménagers habituels dans une cuisine de cette catégorie, comme cafetière, mixeur, grille-pain, etc.
-Le salon intérieur est composé d'un espace de divertissement télévisé avec un téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces enfermé dans un beau fascia et une table à manger ronde en verre pour 6 à 8 personnes.
-Le salon extérieur est composé d'une belle terrasse donnant sur l'océan avec une table pour 6 personnes, des sièges modulables et des tabourets de bar.
-KItchen se connecte à la terrasse via une porte et également à travers une grande fenêtre qui s'ouvre sur un comptoir de bar, parfait pour le divertissement.
-C'est un appartement de rêve qui rendrait vos vacances à Porto Rico vraiment inoubliables !!!
-Si vous souhaitez sortir de l'appartement et louer une voiture, ce Penthouse est livré avec une place de parking réservée avec accès direct au garage, et à proximité des ascenseurs.

Best condo and amazing view that we’ve ever had! My daughter and her friends loved the fancy “Penthouse “. They were very glad I said no to Mexico but that I’d take them to Puerto Rico. Close enough to walk to the grocery store and restaurants which was great!

The property was very clean, many places to eat within walking distance and the view is amazing! The only thing that was disappointing was that the king sized bed was uncomfortable. The mattress definitely needs replacing.

Beautiful views of the ocean. There was private access to the beach and this beach was not overcrowded. Condos are across the street from many stores and restaurants. I liked that there was easy access to Old San Juan, the airport, and the rainforest.

It was perfect! The outdoor patio overlooking the ocean made it one of the best locations we've ever stayed at. The location was so convenient to the airport and was a perfect home base as we explored the island. Being able to go downstairs and walk right to the beach was so worth it. Beach chairs, towels and coolers were provided. The reserved underground parking was very nice. The air conditioners kept the bedrooms so comfortable at night. Also nice having laundry. Wouldn't hesitate to rent it again next time we come back!

We stayed here twice in the last 3 years and it’s always been amazing! The beach is right there and the views are unmatched! We walked to so many different restaurants as well! The beach is a bit wavy but you can’t beat it being literally right out front plus there was a nice pool too!

We had a wonderful time here at this genuine Puerto Rican pent house apartment. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Isla Verde beach, which is right in the buldings backyard. You've got everything you need right here in this area and beautiful apartment to enjoy Puerto Rico and all its glory. The host Jorge, was very quick to respond to any questions we asked and was very helpful. As Puerto Rican's who havent been to our island in many years, we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay to experience our home land again.

Family trip with 6 adults. I didn’t realize it would be on the top floor of a huge complex, but it turned out OK. Great view from the balcony! Good security in the complex. Definitely felt safe in the condo and on the beach. Recommended!Gregg

This property is truly amazing and after this renovation probably the nicest in this building right now.

THe unique benefits of this property is that the location is excellent to either stay on the beach, or to explore the old city, but it is also near major highways if you want to venture farther out to Fajardo's Bio Bay, or to the rain forest, via highway 66, or If you want to go south you can easily connect to Highway 52 or to the west, through Highway 22.
