With breathtaking Gulf views right from the living room, you’ll feel like you’re on the beach even while indoors. The living area features a brand-new wrap-around sofa, two cozy chairs, and a large flat-screen TV, all positioned in front of expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the beautiful scenery. Step out onto the balcony from the living room, where you can relax in comfortable balcony chairs and soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf.

The spacious kitchen offers a large table, perfect for enjoying meals together or playing a game of cards with family and friends. The master bedroom is a private retreat, featuring a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or guests, with two twin trundle beds. The second bathroom also has a convenient shower/tub combo.

Beautiful condo and resort, perfect location for beach. Access to beach is very close, only complaint was they were doing work on building but they did let us know ahead of time. I would stay here again. Beautiful view of ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has everything you could want and a view you can’t imagine. The layout is great for couples or a family with children, and the location is ideal. I highly recommend a stay here and will probably rebook here sometime in the future.

Nice but unexpected issues

Property is nice, clean and in a prime location. There ended up being ongoing improvements to the outside of the building and the condo we rented. We were told there would be some cables and ropes but nothing about the work to our balcony. On the second day the balcony was closed for the remainder of our time and the outdoor furniture was stacked in the living room. The management was unable to move us and did discount our stay at the end of our trip.

Spacious and Clean

This 15th floor condo is spacious and clean. It appears to be recently renovated, although we were disappointed that the oceanfront patio is "under construction". The tiles pictured in the listing were gone and the raw concrete and construction materials were exposed. The sectional on the patio is too small for the space; it would be nice to have a table and chairs there instead. Also, the middle bedroom window faces the breezeway lights making it super bright at night. A blackout shade in that room would be helpful. Otherwise, the kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the view is incredible. The platinum beach service was appreciated! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed 7 days at Emerald Isle 1501. The location was great! It was within walking distance to pier and many restaurants, shops, and activities. It was very clean and looked exactly as described. The condo is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family. The views of both the ocean and the bay are phenomenal from multiple floor to ceiling windows!! There were plenty of towels in each bathroom as well as ample kitchen appliances and utensils. During our stay, they offered 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas which was awesome! We did meet the owner of the condo who was friendly and shared information on great restaurants and suggested a dolphin tour with Chase-N-Fins which we decided to do and enjoyed! Check in with Paradise Beach Homes was quick and easy. It was directly across from the condo. The staff was pleasant and gave us all the information we needed for a wonderful stay!
