6 minutes from downtown, this Airbnb is centrally located and easy to get anywhere in the city. Just minutes from I-35 and I-70.

Brand new home, with comfortable king size beds, 3 tv's and modern decor.

Outdoor grill, picnic table, wood fire pit and rooftop gas fire pit. Hammocks, corn hole and board games.

At the end of a quiet street on an acre of land, you will have a private stay and get to experience nature while still being close to the city!

After booking, guests are required to complete a renter’s agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This is required for all guests without exception.

It's an adorable home, furnished well and pretty private being fenced in. The view of downtown Kansas City is pretty cool from either the hot tub, the roof top patio, or a bedroom window. We only had a few issues that prevented us from having a full 5 star stay. Previous occupants used up all the propane from the patio heater, so we only got to enjoy the patio for a short bit. There is a propane fire pit on the patio which helped keep us warm but the patio heater would have made it more enjoyable. Previous occupants also left behind a glass of wine on the roof top patio, and the cleaning service didn't notice it. The upstairs can get really warm while we found it difficult for the ground level to be completely comfortable. Great communication with the owner of the property, I appreciated the timely responses as I shared things in the hopes that the next occupants stay would be better. Overall it was a good stay, rated 4 stars out of 5.

This house was wonderful! We'd definitely stay here again. The host communicated perfectly, and the house was clean, well appointed, and exactly as advertised. The furnishings were comfortable and well thought out right down to beach towels for the hot tub and comfy bathrobes hanging in the closet. Nice touches! Shortly after we arrived, we were thrilled to watch four beautiful deer grazing on grass in the backyard. What a treat! I noticed the property was near I-35 Hwy and suspected road noise could be a sleeping issue. I'm glad I didn't let that stop us from enjoying this property. Earplugs took care of the road noise and we slept great.

This was a dream spot for KC. The property was just outside of the city but was quaint and quiet as if we were an hour outside of town. The view is so perfect for a night on the rooftop to catch up and the hot tob was ideal after many hours of travel. Jessica was so friendly, easy to contact, and quick to respond. Check in and check out were so easy! Would recommend every time!

Our family of 4 came to town for a KC Royals and KC Current game. The location of this house was perfect. The house was clean and cute. The beds were comfy and the main bathroom was spacious so several of us could get ready at one time. We’d definitely stay here again. The host responded quickly.

It would be harder to imagine a more unique, picturesque, and convenient place to stay around Kansas City than the Skyline property. We ended each day watching a family of deer graze on a hillside with a million dollar view of the KC skyline behind them. It really must be seen to be believed. When you finally pull yourself away from the view, you are just minutes away from spots like Union Station and the surrounding attractions. For anything else you need to access, you are centrally located to all the highway and interstates you could possibly need. This is a 10 out of 10, no notes, first ballot hall of fame stay.

Perfect place

The perfect spot for a girl's getaway vacation. The house was clean and perfectly decorated and had so many neat touches. The couches and fire pit on the rooftop with the bags and a beautiful view of the city off in the distance. We were in a neighborhood, but the location gave the feeling of being in a secluded area. The hot tub and fire pit was so nice. We will be back!

Amazing views!

We came here for a quick weekend getaway with friends. We loved the property!! It has an amazing rooftop with beautiful views of the city. The location is great and the beds were so comfy. Highly recommend!

Awesome Place

Everything looked exactly like the online photos--very clean, modern interior, great little place. I left my laptop there and the host was kind enough to send it overnight to me--she had to go to 2 different places to do this. She went above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Anniversary Trip!!!

Great little place for a weekend getaway!! Close to almost everything and we fealt like we were not anywhere close to a big city. If this is on your short list of places to stay, pull the trigger on this one! Host was easy to communicate with.

Great hidden gem

We enjoyed staying NYE. Only issue was the hot tub was broken. Jessica provided a discount. There was a lot of gun shots at midnight celebration. We all live in the city so we were not surprised.
