Prepare to say "Wow!" as you step inside Fern Villa. The hero of our cabin is the incredible wall of windows and soaring ceilings in the open-plan living area, creating a bright, airy space to relax and connect with nature.



The cabin is designed for you to enjoy time together, whether you're inside admiring the view or outside on the large upper and lower decks feeling the breeze.

Living Area: Cozy up by the indoor gas fireplace on a comfortable sofa while enjoying the stunning woodland views.

Kitchen: A fully equipped modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a coffee maker, and all the cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal.

Master Suite: The spacious master suite is located on the upper level, complete with an ensuite bathroom with a tile shower and direct access to the upper deck.

Neighboring Cabin: Our other rental, Fern Haven, is also located on the same 5-acre property. Each cabin was intentionally placed to maintain privacy, but please be mindful of any guests who may be staying nearby.

Lodging Tax: Please be aware that Vinton County requires a 6% lodging tax, which will be collected with your booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We prioritize your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. We will not be present on the property during your stay, allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy your retreat. However, we are always available and responsive via the Airbnb messaging platform should you have any questions or need assistance.
