This property is listed to sleep 6, but I think it’s better suited for 4 adults and possibly 2 small children.Communication was poor from the start. The night before arrival, I realized I hadn’t received the check-in code. I was told it would be sent once payment was received, even though we had paid a month earlier. After explaining this, I didn’t receive a response for 24 hours. Luckily, I found the code in my junk folder, but the email came from a different name than the host listed on Vrbo. The primary bathroom made a terrible noise throughout our stay. I reported it and was told someone would look into it, but there was no follow-up. At checkout, the noise was still happening, and I was told they had tried but couldn’t figure it out. It definitely affected our sleep. The balcony doors and windows have no blinds, leaving the room visible from the beach and allowing morning sunlight in, which is especially inconvenient for anyone sleeping on the pullout couch. The kitchen counter is also right beside the front door, making it awkward to maneuver around the heavy door when entering or leaving. The pool’s location in the front parking lot was another drawback, although the elevator worked fine.A plus was the closet full of beach supplies, but this isn’t listed in the posting. Overall, the condo has some nice conveniences, but the poor communication, unresolved noise, and lack of privacy took away from our experience.
