An air conditioning, 4- bedroom home with 3 full bath, a loft, a kitchen, a family room and a laundry room with washer, dryer and two smart TVS. It is designed to comfortably accommodate a group of 8 people. The house is located in a safe, quiet, clean, convenient and friendly neighborhood. Free parking. Minutes drive to shopping centers and a 24-hour supermarket. minutes away from 101, and 25 minutes drive to Monterey Peninsular. An ideal place to stop by between San Francisco and Los Angeles.

More like a motel than a home

Home was beautifully decorated. Screen door in back yard did not work. Had to put it in garage. It fell off when opening the glass door. Not enough toilet paper or dish soap or glasses or small dishes for desserts or toast for an eight person stay and bathroom showers not that clean. Beds were very comfortable and nice sheets and blankets. Missing a blender and beaters and bowl to make desserts. The front door was difficult to lock. Nice big garage but not sure how to park cars in it so didn’t use it. Not enough seats outside so although the house slept eight it accommodated less. Host did bring hangers when requested. Some of the cookware (pans) should be discarded. Microwave and fridge nice but no ice trays or ice maker. Felt over all like a hotel. The vacuum didn’t work and there wasn’t a broom or dustpan. Laundry room was very nice and enough soap to do three loads which was all we needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood and overall managed a nice family reunion and easy to travel to and from our destinations.

Host Unresponsive and Issues weren't resolved.The house itself is as pictured, in a nice quiet location. It has nice features, and is a good size. Upon arrival we were sent a message with the rules, which included wearing their house shoes to keep the place clean, understandable yet the porch was dirty, much as the entrance hall and kitchen floor so keeping house shoes on was a sensible idea. We initially contacted the host as we couldn't get power to the front two bedrooms, we received a reply with some basic instructions which we'd already tried, we asked him for someone to visit to resolve, we tried asking again the next day and never heard back from the host for the duration of our stay which was very disappointing. We had informed him of our dissatisfaction with the bleach stained scruffy towels, a lovely dressing room full of hanging space - with no hangers, a wardrobe off its hinges, carpet stains, dirty crockery, lack of cups and received no response. We had been asked to put our rubbish out, but the bins were rammed full and fly ridden. We've rented a few vrbos, this is the first that we've been dissatisfied with, the host just needs to spend a few hundred dollars and pay attention to detail - like checking light bulbs work.It's our first rental that didn't have an information pack on the property or local area, which could have been very helpful. The host is possibly a bit complacent thinking the property will sell itself from pictures.... Real shame.

Great for girlfrends hiking trip

My friends and I chose to stay in Salinas because it's centrally located to Pinnacles National Park, Monterey, and Santa Cruz. The house was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Having three full bathrooms for five women was a big plus!The host was responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. We highly recommend this property!

Great location between Pinnacles and Monterrey Bay

Great house for a crowd. Easily accommodated our party of 4 adults (2 couples) and three kids. Great location halfway between Pinnacles National Park West Entrance and all the activities in Monterrey Bay.

This is a very friendly, peaceful, quiet, convenient and safe neighborhood.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house is located at the corner of the street, offering minimal traffic and a quiet atmosphere, as it’s not close to many other houses. It features a lovely street view and is very convenient for parking. There’s a two-car garage, a two-car driveway, and plenty of street parking available.

Inside, the house includes a cozy loft with a couch on the second floor and a family room on the first floor, both equipped with TVs for your entertainment. While the house is listed as accommodating 8 people, it can easily host up to 10 or 12 guests if needed.

Additionally, the house is equipped with air conditioning, a unique feature in this area, as most nearby houses do not have it. This makes it a comfortable and standout choice for your stay.

There are two shopping centers nearby, both within walking distance. The house is conveniently located just 5–6 minutes from Highway 101 and about 20–30 minutes from Monterey, depending on your destination. Laguna Seca is also close by, making it an excellent choice for racing fans.

For outdoor enthusiasts, hiking and camping options are easily accessible. Many guests choose to stay here because it caters to a wide range of needs, from relaxation to adventure.
