Le hangar à bateaux

Paradis sur la plage! Assis sur le sable de l'une des plus belles plages semi-privées de Santa Barbara, The Boathouse est le refuge parfait! Cette propriété est située sur la meilleure partie de la plage de Miramar! Construit en teck, acajou et épinette blanche, accompagné de vitraux gravés à l'eau-forte et vitrail, ce chalet unique a été conçu pour ressembler à un bateau à voile bien construit. La propriété se compose de deux unités séparées une chambre / une salle de bain reliées par un escalier connecté à l'intérieur et une entrée commune de l'extérieur. Chaque unité peut être louée séparément (2 adultes et 2 enfants) ou ensemble pour un maximum de 6 à 8 personnes.

L'unité supérieure dispose d'un foyer et d'une grande terrasse fermée. L'unité inférieure est la plus proche du sable. La vue est dégagée du pont car il n'y a pas de balustrade et juste une plage de sable en dessous. Pendant la marée haute, vous pourrez peut-être plonger vos pieds dans l'eau du pont! Dans les deux propriétés, vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de la vue imprenable tout en écoutant le son des vagues. Laissez les vagues vous endormir dans un lit queen size confortable. Pour votre divertissement, cette cabine confortable est également équipée d'une télévision, d'une télévision par câble et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. Cependant, vous serez trop occupé à profiter du plein air! À quelques pas du sable, où de nombreux accessoires de plage attendent pour votre plaisir chaises, parasols, kayaks et boogie boards inclus.

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à savourer un repas, une petite cuisine fournit tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner ou montez sur le toit-terrasse pour votre plus grand plaisir! (Le pont est partagé avec l’unité inférieure). Si vous préférez manger dans de bons restaurants, le Lower Village de Montecito est à seulement 1,6 km et le centre-ville de Santa Barbara à 10 minutes de route.

Amazing location and great house!

We had an amazing and relaxing time. You really feel like you're on a boat and the house is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs and games. You can't beat the location!

Perfect Pre Wedding

Great little slice of heaven

The house is really cute. It’s as pictured, just quite small — which doesn’t matter when your front yard is the ocean. Very well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed. Comfy beds! Tiny bit of a musty smell, but again, it’s the beach. Perfect location!

The view and proximity to the beach was unbeatable! Wonderful kitchen with everything you could need if you don't want to eat out.The cell phone receptibility left a lot to be desired. Fortunately, my friend was able to Wi-Fi connect on her phone. I could not. Also had some initial trouble with the code boxes for the master keys for both units.Also be aware if you are older, this property has many stairs, and some areas could cause a misbalance.Otherwise, my friend and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and I am already missing the sound of those ocean waves, which come very close to the property at night!

Great location for our short stay in Santa Barbara

The Boat House just right for our family visit to Santa Barbara for Easter weekend - five adults fit cozily and comfortably in the two bdr/2 bath units (upper and lower). Kitchen well stocked. Bedroom beds comfy - downstairs sofa bed was fine. Plenty of clean towels, sheets, blankets, etc and beach toys, though we didn't use any. Only issue was mildew odor from drains when we first arrived that dissipated after windows opened. Wifi helped us watch NBA Playoffs on our devices as Boat House TV/Cable was limited. Construction warned about before renting did not get underway until 8 AM Monday morning - so no issue. All and all, a heavenly spot to be in for three nights - utterly peaceful and charming. Owners/property manager was attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries.

Enjoyable

Great vacation spot. We spent a week there. Would do it again. The stairs from the bedroom to the kitchen are dangerous at night Owner should add a railing and night light.

Awesome Beach Front Holiday

The Boat House is a super cool bungalow just steps to the beach. Both top and bottom units are well decorated like spacious cabins on a fine yacht. The "galleys" had everything we needed to prepare fine meals. The units are well furnished and equipped with everything else needed for an enjoyable stay at the beach. The sunrises over the water were incredible. The beach walks excellent. We could not stop gazing at the ocean through large picture windows, We will be back to stay here again! - The Nielsen Family

Amazing beach house directly on the beach

Charming, very clean house with a well equipped kitchen if you like to cook. The location and ocean view were unparalleled. So easy for the kids to go directly on the beach. Stocked with everything you would need for the beach. We would definitely go again!
