Unwind in the living area, where a queen sleeper sofa adds flexible sleeping space. The bedroom includes a queen bed with crisp linens, a TV, and direct access to the balcony—perfect for morning coffee with mountain views. The full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo for easy routines.
Essential conveniences include in-home washer and dryer and WiFi to keep you connected. You’ll also have access to a community wellness gym and parking for one vehicle in the condo lot (see Important Things to Note for details).

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Parking for up to 1 vehicle in the condo lot. A parking pass is required, must be displayed on your dashboard, and will be provided in the unit. Please return it before departure; there is a $100 replacement fee for unreturned passes.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• WiFi: Due to Breckenridge’s remote mountain location and area-wide infrastructure, internet speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly.
• Smoking: Not permitted inside or outside the property.
Parties/events: Not allowed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
