Exposed brick walls, trusses, and beams are all original features, honoring the significant past of the property, while modern, vintage, and eclectic furniture and art blended together to create a dreamy, boutique-style stay. This unique unit is located in the building’s basement level, providing a level of privacy and seclusion that will allow guests to enjoy the deepest possible rest. Because of its lower-level location, this unit features exposed stone walls that are the very foundation of the building. The rich stone detail is an aesthetic delight, and also a grounding feature that creates unmatched coziness. Not to mention, staying in the foundation of this building further enriches the experience of staying on a property that is foundational to the history of Nashville. Thoughtfully placed lighting creates a soft and restful mood, while the unit’s expert design offers an open-concept main living area to maximize quality time amongst guests. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $100.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
