This home sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed, and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area.

• The home has 1 bathroom with shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• Unassigned parking space is available in the lot.

• The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• Age requirement: Primary guest must be 21+ to book.

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.





The 1865 is an amenity building that offers an intimate bar, plunge pool, and private lobby. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared space as desired.
