This unique Nashville condo is located in a newly-renovated historic building called "The 1865". It used to be an old brick tobacco "barn" that was converted into modern condos! The condo building provides unique amenities such as an outdoor dipping pool with a swim up bar, observation deck, outdoor kitchen, BBQs, firepit, outdoor TV's, and free parking!



The Space:

Perfect for couples, it's ideally located just 2 miles from Downtown Nashville. Explore the rich culture of music at Music Row or the Country Music Hall of Fame or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants! You'll find everything within walking distance including Midtown, Centennial Park, and Marathon Village. Less than a 10 minute drive away you will find additional attractions in Downtown, The Gulch, and Fifth + Broadway.



The living room features original exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and industrial inspired decor. A bright blue couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper is gathered around a 50“ Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.).



The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, and more to make you feel right at home. Steps away is the dining table for 4.



The bedroom holds a Queen bed, with a 50” Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo.



This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available.



Train tracks are located behind the property and passing trains may occasionally be heard. Please note there is ongoing construction next door and noise may be heard during your stay.

Guests have access to an in-house speakeasy in the condo complex.



The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day
