It was a cute house, great for our trip. The front door lock was difficult to open and the parking was a quite snug but the amenities and location were great! There was plenty of space to sleep and it was a quick walk to most all of downtown, overall great stay!

I would never stay here again. The pictures look better than rental itself. The furniture is very worn. We couldn't stream on the only tv so they sent someone to install a Roku which fixed the situation. The dishwasher never worked there and no was sent out to investigate. Door knobs fell of in my hands. The description mentions going outside for coffee on the deck. The sliding door was off the track so we couldn't access the second floor balcony. To turn off the bedside lamp - you had to unplug it. Water damage in master bedroom ceiling. This unit has appears to be used and abused. We brought these items up to the management company - and they said they would investigate. No one came over to see the issues. No renumeration. Nothing....

While the exterior photos do show that the home has a garage, the garage is not offered for guest use, and no interior garage photos are included in the listing. The parking information in our listing clearly states that driveway and street parking are available for guests. We're sorry for any confusion, and we encourage all guests to review the full listing details prior to booking so expectations are fully aligned. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under clearer circumstances.

Nice stay, wifi was not great

Enjoyed our stay. This place was close to Moody's Amphitheater, 6th Street, and much of what Austin has to offer. Wifi was very slow though (20mbps down/10mbps up) and we were not able to fix it. Otherwise, nice place to stay!

Very Good Value considering the Price & Size of the House. Good Location, Was able to walk to 6th Street and Franklins BBQ reasonably. A couple of scuffs on the inside and the Master Bedroom, & Bathroom didn't Lock. Overall this House made a great home base while we had fun around Austin.
