Teresa I can’t say enough wonderful things about Teresa! She stayed at our home for a month and a half, and from the moment she arrived, we felt like we made a new friend. She was so kind, communicative, and took amazing care of the house. The brand-new home, with its large heated pool and screened enclosure, was such a joy to share, especially with the beach, shopping, and restaurants just minutes away. Teresa, thank you so much for being such a thoughtful guest. I’d be so happy to host you again anytime.

Beautiful, clean, and very kid-friendly home! It had so many thoughtful extras- pool towels, beach chairs, and even ice packs in the freezer. We came prepared, but it was such a relief not having to bring all those little things that can really add up fast. It made our stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Guests — Welcome Back Anytime! Sean Jessica C, and her family were an absolute pleasure to host at our South Venice property! From the very start, communication was smooth, prompt, and friendly — exactly what you hope for as a host. They treated our home with great care and respect, leaving it in excellent condition after their 4-night stay. It’s always a joy to welcome families who truly appreciate the space and everything it has to offer — including making the most of our unbeatable location! Being just minutes away from some of the most magnificent beaches South Venice has to offer, as well as the charming and historic Downtown Venice with its beautiful shops, restaurants, and old Florida character, makes this the perfect destination for a family getaway. It was clear they embraced everything the area had to offer, and that makes hosting so rewarding. Guests like Sean Jessica C., are the reason we love what we do — responsible, considerate, and a genuinely wonderful family to have under our roof. We would welcome them back without a second thought and highly recommend them to any host! — South Venice Property Owner Anatoly.

Venice Getaway

The house and property was very nice. Weather was awesome. The only faults would be that there was no grill. could also use more cooking pans and skillets. The marble floors in the showers were very slick, even with the suction mats provided. You had to be careful how you positioned yourself in the master bath shower with the 3 small suction mats, as they would slide under your feet.

Hi Mike, I am glad you and your family enjoyed your stay at our house. We always like to hear clients feedback. We will review your suggestions and make adjustments as needed. As for the grill, we do have a no open fire policy which would include grills, fire pits, etc. Kind regards, Anatoly.
