The location is perfect, especially if you need to get to Vanderbilt or Music Row. The apartment was extremely clean, with dishes and kitchen utensils well kept. The underground parking was extremely helpful and getting in and out of the building was easy with the code. We had a great stay in Nashville and would stay here again if we're back!

Very clean and well maintained, low key quiet building, a few restaurants walking distance and coffee shops, very safe location, I wish there was a grocery store walking distance, the pool was very small but nice rooftop and enjoyed the stay, would recommend.

Sisters' b-day trip

We were celebrating a special birthday and this condo was the PERFECT home base for our trip. Comfortable and well stocked, easy Lyft ride to everywhere we went, parking and a gym, even 2 great coffee places withing easy walking distance! Highly recommend!!

The communication with the owner as well as the overall property itself was nice and pleasant. We didn’t use the pool because it was much smaller in person than it looked online. The reason for the “OK” rating was because we ended up wasting money on one night because the noise level of our unit from surrounding neighbor(s) was too much to take after the third day so we ended up packing up early and leaving. It was very disappointing and, if I was the owner of a property and that happened to my tenant, I would have credited them back the night that they were forced to leave because of discomfort my complex, even if I wasn’t the exact person to blame. That’s just how I operate myself as a business owner. We would stay in the music row area again next time, but would pick a different choice of place to stay.
