Welcome to Condo 3E, located in the serene paradise of Siesta Key Beach. This beach-themed haven is designed to transport you to a world of relaxation and tranquility. With 1220 sq. ft of living space, this two bedroom, two bath condo is an end unit that features a wrap-around screened lanai with panoramic views of the beach, lovely sunsets, and ample space to unwind and rejuvenate.
The larger bedroom features a king-sized bed that promises a restful night's sleep as well as a twin-size daybed with twin trundle, while the guest room has twin beds that can be joined together to form a double-bed, perfect for a second couple or in-laws. Entertainment-wise, you'll enjoy three flat-screen TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain guests including stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet storage, a single Serve K-Cup and 12 cup Carafe Coffee Maker along with smaller appliances. This Condo is equipped with wireless high-speed internet. Additionally, the unit comes stocked with towels, linens, beach chairs, and umbrellas, providing you with everything you need for a day at the beach.
The beach, just 100 steps away, boasts soft white sand and stunning views of the Gulf sunset. Take in the view from the screened lanai or relax on the beach. The lanai also features rare sliding windows so you can enjoy bonus living space on chilly days.
The public beach features lifeguards, tennis courts, volley ball, children's playground, gift shops and concessions. Free instructor led yoga at the public beach. There is a drum circle every Sunday prior to sunset. If you're seeking adventure, explore the north and south Villages with the free trolley service, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and nightlife options.
