Welcome to our Casa Oasis located in the quiet coastal neighborhood of Lighthouse Point. We are only an 8 minute drive to access the beach & beach bars & restaurants. With the laid back beach living in our quiet community, you may not even want to leave! Our spacious lay-out w/ 2 Master Suites (one being located on the opposite side of the other 3 bedrooms) is great for families.

Inside:
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath is fully equipped with all that you will need to feel like you are at your home away from home. The multiple bed configurations and TV's in each room, make it great for those traveling with families but still wanting the luxury of a renovated single family home. Our kitchen is fully stocked and 2 living rooms gives you space to spread out.
Outside:
Our spacious backyard is great for a tropical getaway. Enjoy sun bathing by the pool or a glass of wine while the sun sets to truly immerse yourself in the South Florida way.

There is a Tesla EV charging station at the property for use.

Please note this a quiet residential neighborhood. No parties of any kind. We take this seriously. It is important for us to be respectful of our neighbors.

Lighthouse Point is the most sought-after neighborhood in Broward County. It's a boating, marina, and waterway community located East of Federal Hwy. Our home is not on the water but we are in a coastal neighborhood.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 9pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Any animal brought onto the property must be disclosed before booking.
$150.00 pet fee to be paid before arrival depending on type and number of animals.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy.

BABY EQUIPMENT: This house provides a standard Pack n' Play and Highchair.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

Great family house in a great location.

We stayed at this house for a family reunion. We lived the layout, the neighborhood and the proximity to Deerfield Beach. The house was very comfortable and our hosts thought of everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. We definitely would stay again.

Oasis? I don’t think so- as a family who comes to Florida every year and rents in the area and whose family lives down there, I can tell you this property is very much subpar. Both of my children got injured around the pool from the dozens of loose bricks that haven’t been cemented in or the exposed nails and loose wood on the outdoor deck or the tarp sitting on the roof. A handyman had to come over for the better part of 3 1/2 hours to fix various things in the house who also proceeded to tell us that this house was a tear down and one of the worst maintained on the street. he also thought the price they were charging was exorbitant given the condition of the house. If you are looking for basic accommodations, this would be fine but certainly not at the price. They’re charging relative to the neighborhood and what you can get. Additionally the management company that overseas this property has almost 0 customer service. before renting here I would almost certainly request a site visit or a price point that is much more reasonable given how this property looks ,the upkeep that it’s given and the customer service if there is any issue from the management company.

Throughout your stay, we remained in regular communication with you by phone and responded promptly to your concerns. We arranged for our trusted handyman—who has worked with us for many years—to attend the property as soon as issues were raised. He addressed the items brought to our attention, and we stand fully behind his professionalism. We do not recognize or accept the statements attributed to him in this review. Guest safety and comfort are extremely important to us. Had there been any immediate safety concerns as described, we would have taken further action right away. This property is regularly maintained and enjoyed by many returning guests, and this is the first time we have received feedback of this nature. We made every reasonable effort to resolve concerns during your stay. Unfortunately, after your visit, you requested a level of compensation that we felt was not proportionate to the issues reported. When we were unable to meet that request, this review followed. We remain committed to providing a positive experience for all our guests and will continue to maintain and improve the property to the standards our guests expect.

Thursday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT THE EVENING BEFORE PICK UP.
Monday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out the night before collection and bring it back in after collection.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Please note: There is no garage access for vehicles. We have a Tesla EV charger.
