Pourtant, vous ne voudrez pas partir car vous pourrez sortir sur la plage de ce spacieux condo pour huit personnes. Détendez-vous sur le tout nouveau canapé. Préparez le dîner en famille, car cette cuisine entièrement rénovée regorge de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Dormez confortablement, le lit king est en mousse à mémoire de forme avec un plateau en gel. Profitez de votre espace avec trois chambres avec trois salles de bain complètes et un loft de divertissement, il y a de la place pour toute la famille. Jessica is great at communication leading up to the trip. This was second time in her beautiful condo. Fully equipped, warm and cozy and a community hot tub. Corner market has what you need and the skiing was perfect! Can’t imagine how fun it’d be in the summer! Thank you

Great for a group

The location was wonderful and convenient for skiing. We also loved the layout of the living space. It worked nicely for two families to share. The fact that there were three bathrooms was clutch.

This place was lovely! The house was clean, fully stocked with all the necessities, located in a great spot, and had gorgeous views. On top of that, Jessica was so communicative, kind and so helpful in offering activities, dining options, and thorough details about the area! Family vacation

This was a family vacation with our adult kids. The condo was perfect for our group and it was very clean with everything we needed. There was a lot to do in the area to keep us all busy and happy. Jessica was great to work with and answered all our questions quickly.

We have stayed at Lakeside several times over the past few years. Love the location, quiet area with lovely grounds. Unit was a great location, was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one grandchild. Great view, right on Round Lake.

Amazing petoskey gem!

We came for a quick ski weekend and loved it so much that we checked the Zillow listings for the complex!!! Jessica was great and gave us excellent local recommendations. Communication was excellent and the place was well equipped. We would consider it again for a future stay!

Summer vacation

My husband and I stayed here on a short vacation and it was fantastic. We had everything we needed. The location was great. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The condo was extremely clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything went so smooth except for the weather! But that’s Michigan. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We went Petoskey stone hunting, did a day trip to the UP, Boyne City, Charlevoix. But I would have loved to paddle in that lake… next year! Jessica was an amazing host, easy to communicate with, she gave us great ideas! Loved!

Great location

We had a wonderful time. This property is on a lake, there is a pool and the state park on lake Michigan is a 2 min drive our kids had a blast! Petoskey is very close and we did a day trip to mackinaw island, 40 min away.

Condo on Round Lake

The condo was everything we expected and more. We enjoyed the setting on the lake, the great daylight in the unit, the quiet location, close proximity to Petoskey and all the places we visited during our stay, and the cleanliness. We’d stay again.

Presidents weekend skiing vacation

Weather gods smiled on us this weekend with plenty of snow! Made for good skiing. Condo was perfect fit for all seven of us (including 3 grandchildren). Liked large kitchen/dining area for our meals. Would stay here again

Soccer tournament

We were in Petoskey for the annual soccer tournament and this place a great place to stay at. It provided some peace and quiet to relax in between games. We will definitely be booking again.

Lovely beach right outside the door.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach which is on a lake right outside our front door. The kitchen is well appointed. Communication with Jessica was perfect! The pool and hot tub were clean and great. Nice place.

Relaxation?! No, no, no relaxation X10!!!

Absolutely amazing place and location. My family and I have been vacationing in northern Michigan for decades and can’t recall a more relaxing vacation spot. Location, location, location also applies to where you rent and stay!!! The host is amazing and Round Lake is perfect!!!

Great location for skiing

We really enjoyed the condo! The kitchen is updated and very well equipped. We used the hot tub and pool in the club house after skiing. The pool is long enough for lap swimming. It is 10 minutes drive to Nubs Nob and The Highlands ski areas and close to lots of restaurants. We would stay here again.

Comfortable, Cozy and Clean

Our family had a fantastic time at the Condo. The location was perfect for us. In the middle of lots of great day trips to wineries, breweries, and the cute towns if Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and hanging out. The back patio went right out to the lake which made for a nice place to hang out and take beautiful pictures, especially at sunrise.

Hi there! My name is Jessica, and I am the managing family member of this condo. I live south of Ann Arbor, with my husband and two kids. My kids have grown up at Lakeside- snow skiing, biking, waterskiing, paddle boarding, kayaking and sand castle building. I take a lot of pride in trying to address the needs of our guests, and have grown to love the concierge part of being a vacation home owner!

Peach Pancakes, LLC is in remembrance of our Mom who loved The Cuppola in Harbor Springs for their summertime brunch delights. We would ask her how life in Petoskey was and she would answer, "Wonderful! I had peach pancakes today!" This seemed to a perfect way to honor Mom and her love of Petoskey.

My family loves this property for the location. We are right across the street from the Little Traverse Bike Trail, steps off the north beach on Round Lake, a short walk away from morning muffins and coffee. It takes 20 minutes to bike to Petoskey and go shopping, 5 minutes to bike to the Petoskey State Park and search for Petoskey Stones. During the winter months, it is a 10 minute drive to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. 10 minute drive to Harbor Springs, 10 minutes to Petoskey. The best part of this location is being able to walk out the back door, onto the deck with your cup of morning coffee and watch the sunrise on Round Lake. The kids can be playing on the beach as you can watch them from the kitchen. Walk outside at night, lay in the grass and watch a million stars above you. This is the best location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Think of this condo as a non-for-profit home. My goal is to be able to pay the expenses, anything extra goes into updates. So far we renovated the kitchen, added a new couch, new King and Queen mattresses, new towels, new sheets, new dishes, new window treatments in the living room and loft, new coffee maker, new knife set... actually more than I have space to list! We're excited about the updates so far, happy that renters keep coming back and enjoying the changes as well.
Summer 2022 we added a Trex deck and Plywood deck chairs and table... perfect for sitting on the deck and enjoying water views.
Winter 2022 is that sexy addition of a new furnace and all new ductwork. Not fun, but necessary. We're hopeful this makes for a more efficient heating and cooling system throughout the year.
Upcoming plans are to renovate a bathroom a year and then update the bedroom furniture.
