Host communication was great as well as the house. Was as expected and extremely convenient to all the activities we had planned. Was also far enough from the hustle and bustle that it made for a quiet place to unwind and relax after a busy day.

Cozey Cottage in a beautiful location close to all amenities and wineries. Clean and Rustic feel with spacious rooms and kitchen. We had access to the main level only which was perfect for our small group. Grounds were very well kept and accommodating and the host was attentive and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Very much enjoyed our stay

Had a great long weekend at NOTL! Host’s communication was great, check-in was easy, house was clean. Beds were comfy! Location was great, everywhere we wanted to go was under a 10 minute drive. Price for the home was very reasonable and better priced than others we were looking at. The neighbors’ kitties were super friendly and came over for pets which we loved. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Lovely, quiet location, in a semi-rural setting. This accommodation was a great space for two couples. Just a short drive to local wineries, downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the Shaw Festival theatres.The friendly outdoor cats that came to visit us on the back deck while we enjoyed our morning coffee was a welcome bonus!Highly recommended.

It was a last minute trip idea and found this gem for the weekend. It's a cozy quiet spot surrounded by vineyards but also just a 5 min drive into town. House and host are very welcoming!

Don't judge the property by the outside condition judge it by the cool space you walk into... The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the recently updated kitchen and bathroom, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also ideal—close enough to the wineries and town to be convenient, while still offering a peaceful retreat. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this home again.

The place was just right for my family's last minute trip. Great location in a quiet area not too far from Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Clear communication from Joab made for an easy stay.

The central air conditioning system worked well. Nice water pressure. Lovely kitchen tile, and old hardwood floors. Overall a very nice place to stay. Roomy, extremely quiet, very clean and neat, plenty of towels, and the queen mattresses are comfortable. The host is quick to respond and is accommodating. Beautiful and convenient area. Look for roadside cherry vendor when in season. No towel bars or hanging hooks, so bring Command 3M temporary hooks.

Comfortable and Convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to NOTL and area wineries. The house was furnished comfortably and every room was exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed. We would gladly stay there again.
