Enjoy the short hike to the river, picnic near the waterfall, cuddle up to watch the sunset, or sit out by the Treasure House to watch the stars!
Your peaceful cabin retreat in Greensboro offers a cozy bedroom with a king bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, dining room, full kitchen(but no frying or seafood cooking allowed), comfortable lounge with tv and reclining couches, and large log room for yoga, or karaoke! (No parties allowed-four guests max--not a party rental. No young children please-cabin and property best suited for adults. See our other bnb in this location for families with children.)
Only two miles off the interstate, this lovely cabin feels like you're on a retreat in the country, yet is super convenient to Greensboro, Elon, Burlington and surrounding areas. Quiet Cozy Getaway

My husband and I booked the cabin for our wedding anniversary. We wanted something quiet and relaxing to get away and this was perfect! The cabin is gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable. We also saw some deer and gophers which were so cute! We had a great time.

This home is truly a step back in time with all the modern conveniences. Very private. Nice stream near by with a nice relaxing noise. We saw deer on the property. Highly recommend!

Charming Log Cabin Experience in GreensboroOur stay at the log cabin was truly delightful and every bit as adorable as described. The entire visit went smoothly, starting with an easy check-in process. The cabin’s location was perfect, close to everything in Greensboro, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Very nice property close to Greensboro

The cabin was very clean and a great shape, the property was secluded and very quiet, we saw deer and groundhogs on the property, and everything with the check-in process was very easy. Definitely recommend. One word of warning, if you are a tall person, watch your head as you walk through the hallway because some of the feelings are low.

This was our second stay at the cabin and everything was perfect once again. We have found our Greensboro home away from home. A couple of tips - Google maps will tell you the property is on the left side of the road, but the driveway is actually on the right. And I mentioned it after our last stay, but if you're over 6 feet tall, you're going to want to duck when you walk through a couple of the doorways. Gwen, the host, is very responsive and very easy to work with.

They are opening this amazing cabin property in 2024 with acreage for you to enjoy and peaceful country vibes for you to relax and unwind. Dale loves to sail and play drums and Gwyn runs a horse farm right down the road from the cabin. They have four children and five grandchildren!

But what really makes it amazing is that this location is just a couple miles off of two major interstates and within 15 minutes of UNCG, Greensboro Coliseum, and convenient to Elon. So navigating around Greensboro and surrounding areas is a breeze!

Staying at our unique, one-of-a-kind cabin in Greensboro is an experience to relish. Used also as a Wedding venue and Music retreat, this property is spacious, well-appointed, peaceful, and just plain fun! Situated on 7 acres, this historic cabin was originally built in 1929 and has a lovely stone fireplace, real wood floors, and a river with a waterfall to enjoy.
