Located on the eighth floor of Sea Colony's Annapolis House building (accessible via elevator or stairs), this retreat allows you to spend endless hours on your private balcony with unobstructed ocean and town views. Guests also enjoy the convenience of one reserved, covered parking space within the premier Sea Colony resort.
Floor-by-Floor Description
Main Level: This eighth-floor condo features an open-concept living room with a large flat-screen TV and direct balcony access. The adjacent dining area provides seating for six, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with additional seating.
Sleeping Quarters: The Primary Suite is a restful sanctuary featuring a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second guest bedroom is perfect, offering two queen beds and a TV, with access to a full hallway bathroom located just steps away.
Community Amenities Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach. 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Please inquire about prices for passes. After your reservation is made, a letter will be sent to you with the required information for the passes.

1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
