Jump in the pool or take a dip in the ocean without driving! Long walks on the beach will take you to Ma'alaea. Walking distance to a bakery, ABC store, and Uluani's Shave Ice, 15mins to Wailea, and 15mins to Kahului.

Enjoy your stay in our new and completely remodeled home located on the fifth floor with ocean and mountain views! Our fully equipped kitchen with NEW stainless steel appliances is the only open-concept kitchen in Nani Kai Hale and it includes dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, bakeware, mixing bowls, knives, outdoor dishware...etc. The bedroom is equipped with a NEW Cal King mattress and 43in Smart TV. Our unit has Cable TV with Showtime channels and 100MB dedicated Internet/wifi. We also provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even laundry detergent. For the beach, we provide beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs for your vacation needs.

The property is literally on Sugar Beach. The backyard is equipped with brand-new lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables.

Nani Kai Hale is completely smoke-free/vape-free. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind in our home, balcony, or on the property.

You will enjoy the whole condo for yourself. Self-service laundry is available on each floor.

You will be automatically checked in on your scheduled arrival date and time. We will send your digital code for accessing the unit before your arrival date. Before arrival, we will also send you a registration/parking pass. When you arrive, you will be required to drop off the top portion to the manager's office. It is required for all guest to register even if you do not have a car.

We treat all our guest like Ohana. We're always a text or phone call away. We are very focused on your enjoyment - just check our reviews. We provide a lot of details on where to go and where to eat before you arrive.

- Check-in is after 3PM and check-out time is before 10AM.

- Please note quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM DAILY. The event center next door will stop by 10 pm as well, if there is an event.

- We can try to accommodate earlier check-in or a later check-out ONLY if there are no bookings before or after your booking. When there is a booking before or after, we need to allow our cleaners enough time to clean, sanitize and prepare the unit for the next guest. We pride ourselves with a clean home for all our guests. In order to achieve this, we need to allow enough time for our cleaners.
