Location was ideal for short walks to several restaurants, and really close to the beach! We really liked the house, lots of amenities like reclining sofa chairs, and comfy beds, as well as a huge shower in the master bedroom. The bunk beds were really cool, lots of room on the bottom bunks, and the drawers in the steps were a nice touch.The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils, pots and pans of all sizes, and everything was in perfect working order. Without a doubt it was a very comfortable place to stay for a couple of weeks, and the owner is very nice and responsive. We only had a couple of minor issues come up, and she took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

The cottage is lovely, beautifully decorated. It’s supplied with everything you need. I packed way too many clothes. The laundry area is top notch & I wished I had packed lighter. The fenced in yard is very small for active dogs but the 5 minute walk to the beach more than makes up for it.

Owner called to let us know we could get in early, which was greatly appreciated. The home is small but they have used the space very well. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and all the products for showering, etc. kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed. The decor and updates were the perfect beach vibe. Beach buggy, chairs, beach bag and small cooler were all there. Very convenient.Overall, we enjoyed our time being just a short walk to the beach!

Awesome place and location!

Place was as advertised and more. Perfect location less than 1 block from the beach and Jax beach bars/restaurants. The 2 full baths is a huge plus if you are staying with a few people. We will definitely be looking to re-book this place in the future!

Was there for the JU Lacrosse game and the place is awesome. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Very cozy and super comfortable beds.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Jacksonville! It is perfectly decorated and recently updated. It is in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. Chris was very welcoming and readily available. We would highly recommend here to anyone looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville.
