This was a nice relaxing stay and provided exactly what I needed. The check in and check out was easy. The home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Ms. Linda was an excellent host.

The listing is not accurate. It says 1 bathroom, but you will be sharing it with the homeowner, and you won’t know that until you book the reservation. The house was dirty and smelled strongly of cat urine. You will be parking on the street, not in the driveway. I do not recommend this property.

Thank you for your review. But I need to say I do not agree with you. The house was extremely clean. I spent six hours cleaning the house and I’ve had many visitors. Say they can’t even tell that I have Cats in the house because there’s absolutely no smell. You were extremely rude and uncommunicative. I could tell by the messages and lack of messages that you would be causing issues. You wanted the house rules in the check-in process not to apply to you. It says on my property description that there’s one bathroom.. The property description is very clear about the accommodations.. unfortunately, you chose not to read the property description. Then you wanted a full refund when you found out that you weren’t eligible for a full refund that you decided just to give me a bad review.

Wonderful Stay with a Thoughtful and Accommodating Host

I had a wonderful stay! The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They were responsive to any questions and offered great recommendations for the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend.

Host (Linda) was very nice. Quiet neighborhood. Room was clean and fresh linens. Offered me bottled water without asking!

Very Restful and Accommodating!

Linda was a wonderful host. I was close enough to the action of the busy weekend but when I needed to get away it was a perfect place to goto and stay. She was very responsive throughout the process and very accommodating. It is was everything that I expected. Very pleasurable time. Thank you and hope to stay here again.

Long term stay

Linda and Shady are wonderful hosts! She was great at responding to questions and was easy to communicate with. Great location for where I was working as well! Lots of cute restaurants to try in Champaign/Urbana and she can also give you recommendations!!

Linda & Shady were THE BEST!

Linda is so sweet and nice. Her home is immaculate. She was very warm and welcoming and accommodating to our schedule since we were staying for work. Her cat Shady was absolutely the best. My coworker and I both have/love cats. And every night shady would come in our room and hang out for about an hour and get some rubs and cuddle up on us. The way I see it, we got an excellent place to stay with an amazing host and an awesome bonus kitty to visit and help relieve stress at the end of the day. Highly recommend staying with Linda. And I truly hope I get to again.
