This duplex was nice, clean, and very close to the places we needed to be while we were in Rantoul. Karen, the property manager was extremely nice and helpful and even though I really didn’t get the chance to meet her in person, it was nice to know that if we needed anything we could call her.

Don’t judge a book by its cover.

My group stayed here for a baseball tournament (Th-Sun). Even though the neighbors aren’t as diligent at the upkeep of their properties, this property was well maintained and nicely equipped for all our needs. The gas range was a bonus and we cooked all our meals at the property. Everything was clean and tidy and we were happy to have a washer and a dryer with Tide detergent and Bounce sheets available for use. The property owner was very responsive when I messaged. We were 8min from the fields which was nice too.

Had a great stay

Very nice place. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was a nice size where you could have more that one person in there at a time. Nice game room in the lower level. Loved the dining room table as it could seat 6 or 8 comfortably. Great for playing cards.So much better than a hotel. Property manager was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Quiet and comfy

It was so nice to have a quiet and comfy place to stay while we are in town for a horse show. It was easy to get to, close to the barn facility, and so much better than staying in a cramped hotel room. So glad we found this place!

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. It was definitely more comfortable than staying in a hotel. Very clean and plenty of room. The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding

We stayed here as we were out of towner’s that came in-town for my cousin’s wedding. The wedding was held at Miller’s farm which made this property very convenient to stay at. Very nice and spacious place. Would definitely stay here again if needed to be back in the area.

Great place to stay in Rantoul

Place was clean, comfortable, and made our baseball tournament weekend much better than staying in a hotel! Lots of towels, comfy beds, different spaces to hang out for everyone. Host was extremely responsive and we would definitely stay again!!

Comfy & Relaxing

Nice duplex, clean. Very comfortable. Definitely recommend. We couldn't figure out how to change the thermostat. If you turn on the shower and open the bathroom door the steam will set off the fire alarm. (:
