Very good short stay

Property is cute and accommodating, very close to everything you might need. Only thing there was no WiFi as listed, but enjoyed my stay!

The neighborhood is a little rough for any solo travelers would not recommend solo streets for parking are congested but over all was good for our stay. Clean and if you don’t mind coqui (sounds beautiful to me) good stay for price

I really enjoyed my time here. It was great to be out of the touristy area. I felt like I was in the real Puerto Rico. Easy walking and Uber to where you need to go.

Restaurants and grocery stores were at a walkable distance and if they weren’t Ubers were really easy and cheap to get. The house also felt really safe, there was an outer gate that was always locked and provided reassurance.

Great location and close to a lot of things! Loved the little corner store near us! And the beach wasn’t too far. :) would stay again and the WiFi worked perfectly! La Placita is closed by if you like to dance! :)

Four days in Hipodromo

I enjoyed staying in this apartment. It's located outside the usual tourist districts, but nonetheless it's within walking distance of Condado Beach and Miramar, and there are also many historic buildings nearby. Supermarkets like Walmart and Pueblo are only a few blocks away. Checking in was easy, and the property manager was very helpful. Would stay again.

Perfect sleep

Everything was great the only issue is that I had no way to clean the room I was hoping for a mop and broom and cleaning products. I love to clean daily but besides that and the power going out it was a great stay. I will stay again there

Cute apartment

The place is in a very quiet residential neighborhood so don't expect bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there are lots of places within walking distance. We had a car to explore the island and there was ample safe street parking but Uber is available across the island very quickly. Friendly neighbors and a clean, cozy apartment with the basics, which is all we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

A quiet and centric place to stay

I am from PR but has been living in Florida for 24 years. I came back this time to close out and sell my mother's house in Guaynabo. This was the perfect place for me to stay. I moved around using Uber. A trip to Guaynabo was just 10 to 12 dollars including a tip. To La Placita, 4 dollars plus tip. I contacted Wilfredo twice and he responded immediately and ready to assist with whatever I needed. I had everything I needed as I was staying there just to sleep and rest. It is a very quiet place surrounded only by the lovely sound of the "coquies". If you have a car, you might experience some difficulties. Again, there is no need for a car as this place is close to the expressway. You can get an Uber in three minutes. I am not exaggerating. I will definitely stay here again, if needed.

El apartamento muy limpio y es como en las fotos. La zona puede dar un poco de impresiĂłn al principio pero en ningĂșn momento sentimos peligro, la gente en puerto rico es muy agradecida y amable aunque los barrios sean humildes.

Great studio apt in the center of San Juan

This is a great new listing, close to everything in central San Juan. It's in a residential neighborhood - quiet and free parking on the street. Not a ton of commercial activity (bars and restaurants etc) right around it..but if you know where you are going, you are close enough to the excitement of Santurce without being too close to it :) Great communication from the owners and super nice!
