The house was overall very good. We did have several handicap family members so the showers and elevator were a plus. However these was no ramp to actually get in to the house. Four and a half steps was like climbing a mountain for folks with mobility issues.The WiFi was also a big disappointment it was slow and spotty.The third floor where the living room was very poor despite a booster.Location was wonderful for our purposes.

Bathrooms are extremely dirty with mold and the threshold to the bathroom is split. There are no pillowcases on the spare pillows, which are very dirty and the spare quilt is stained and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned. Pillowcases on one of the beds have not been changed and smell like the previous guests.In the kitchen, neither icemaker work. There’s no fridge light in the right fridge and the freezer doesn’t open on the left fridge. One of the refrigerator shelves is missing. The drawer for the trashcan is broken. The stove top has not been cleaned. The barstools are stained. There are cleaning supplies stored in the pantry with pots. The living room floor has crumbs, dirt, and stains. The sitting area’s chairs are dirty and pillows have mold. One chair has a hole. The window sill has coffee stains. The balcony has trash on it, and the furniture is dirty and rusted. The kitchen table is dirty and has holes burnt in it. The landing between the second and third floor has shifted flooring that is revealing the subfloor. Beds were missing comforters. Both washing machines have mold.There’s not enough room to list all the issues. They wanted to usurp days of our stay to come do “maintenance” without reimbursement which we declined. Reimbursement has been discussed but not given. You can see the ocean but not the beach from any floor. Beach access is shared with three other properties. Not worth the money. Not clean. Hazardous. Poor property management.

Location was great. Overall layout of the house was great and the elevator helped with aging family and luggage. The cleanliness of the house was poor with a large amount of dog hair and sand on the floors and carpet. There was also dog hair in (under all the covers) of one of the beds. There were general maintenance items that needed better maintained- slider door was rusted and fell off the track. 3 of our kids got swimmers ear from the pool. Given the poor cleanliness of the house and general condition, the cost of the rental was too high.

Great house, great location

The elevator was a fun plus, the hot tub hot, the kitchen well equipped to cook in. Can't beat the walk to the beach and the views.

Renter Beware

Worst renter experience. As soon as we arrived, house had toxic chemical and “wet dog” smell. Carpets on stairs and rug were sopping wet. They claimed that they steam cleaned that day and was not dried because we checked in early, but we checked about 30 minutes before 4pm. They said carpets/rug should be dried within 2-3 hours but remained wet through next day. Rug smelled so nauseating that we had to physically remove it to deck. Another major problem was no internet/ WIFI for almost 3 days. They attempted to resolve it, but vacation was disrupted because we were house-bound with various workers/housekeeping/etc. circulating in the house. We had to directly deal with internet service provider. Some of us had to conduct remote work so had to use hotspots resulting in being charged personally by cellphone provider. Could not watch television, any streaming platform, etc. for that time period. In the end, the router had to be replaced. Due to what we felt was a loss of 3 days of quality vacation due to the above problems, we called VRBO, who fortunately was very understanding and worked with us. Therefore, we would use VRBO again but pass on this house and KEES.

Great house, tight parking

The house was great. Clean, great views. All the ice makers didn't work but it was fine for us. Tons of fridge space. Parking was a little tight between our 6 cars and the neighbors who had 10 or more cars. Pool doesn't have a hand rail which made it hard for some to get in and out. Would stay here again!

Overall Positive

Very nice home. We arrived late after a long day of driving and 4 of 8 beds were missing fitted sheets. It took a couple of days to get sheets but we did eventually. There was not a shower to rinse off after the beach which leads to more sand in the house but there was not a broom. There was no soap for washing hands in most of the bathrooms either. The kitchen island had sand on it and the dresser draws had sand in them as well.The mgmt did address the sheets and brought a broom so it was resolved relatively quickly. Overall a beautiful house in a great location.

Nice location

Convenient location and great layout. House surfaces and floors were cleaned but all furniture and rugs needed professional cleaning. House was poorly stocked as well. No broom, no dish cloths, 10 spoons when advertised for 16 people, no potholders, etc..Freezer did not work, techs called and could not get to optimum freezing temperature. Only half of the tvs worked and internet signal was poor despite having techs come out and troubleshoot. Some shower dispensers were empty and wash machine had mildew all around door seal. Overall, nice house and location , but poorly maintained.

Great place for for business retreat!

We had 11 people and 2 dogs stay for our annual planning retreat and needed 8 bedrooms w/its own bathroom. We had plenty of room to sit as a group at the kitchen table as well as in the main living area. The 2 separate living areas and nook on the 2nd floor were perfect to break out in small groups. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and glassware. We were surprised to find no ice maker in any of the refrigerators, however, the grocery store was close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home for our leadership meeting

This home had plenty of space and was in a great location. Staff at Kees were very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Would definitely recommend staying if you have a large group and want plenty of space to spread out, as well as be together. We were all very happy with our stay.

Awesome beach house

Great location with a 30 sec walk to the beach. House was clean when we arrived and didn’t have any issues other then the internet going out for a day. Management team sent a few text during the week to make sure everything was good. Already booked out next year vacation

Nice property

The property is really beautiful. Really well appointed with all the extras anyone would need. There was a communication problem regarding the AC on the first floor and one of the dryers not working but was resolved in a timely manner after speaking with someone ( don’t rely on the texting service).

Broken!

Broken is the word for this house. Two dishwasher were broken. On the main level in the kitchen both freezer and both icemakers were broken in addition to the dishwasher. The windows were not cleaned, nor were the fronts of any of the appliances. The fireplace was covered in fingerprints from the kids that were there last. This is a beautiful house in a perfect location but it needs attention by property management. We enjoyed the daily chair and tent service and the location of this house very much.

Great house overall

Really gorgeous home near a beautiful spot of beach. We thought there were a few issues for such a fantastic house--garbage that had not been taken out, a few basics missing in the kitchen. But overall the house is entirely gorgeous and the view amazing. We spent a ton of time in the hot tub because it was unseasonably cold and that was wonderful.

Great location!

We rented this property for a family vacation and had a nice time! Proximity to the beach was great and having the tent and chairs put out each day was a nice bonus. House was very nice and had most items needed. The cleaning company ran late so we didn’t get into the house until 4:45 but those things happen. The floors could have been cleaner (kids feet were black by the end of the day) but other than that it was great! Pool was nice and clean and so was the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice property but not the perfect experience that we hope for.

When renting this property, I had previously rented several ocean front homes in the same price range. It definitely had quite a few deficiencies in terms of supplies/. In addition, we never saw ANYONE from the housekeeping department that was supposed to drop off towels, etc. The unit had washers and dryers that reeked of mold so washing the towels we had was not appealing in there. The backyard pool area, looked liked a cheap and dirty hotel pool. Very disappointing. I was hoping for a more upscale expereince for sure.

better than your favorite hotel stay anywhere

From entry to exit, nothing was less than perfect. there were 4 generations on vacation together. we had plenty of space and there was plenty to do. some went to the beach and enjoyed the waves and cabana service, others enjoyed the view of the ocean from the patio or from inside the house. the media and entertainment was enough for the toddler and 3 year old AND for our 86 year old grandmother. i loved the heated pool and the hot tub. everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom space. and to end it all, we were able to clean all of our clothes before leaving. i can go on and on but i'll end like this: you have not had a better place or vacation ever in your life. everyone wants to return and stay in the same place again.
