Élégante villa au bord du lac avec piscine orientée sud. Un court trajet en voiture de belles plages.

La villa dispose de deux grandes pièces de réception aménagées dans un style confortable et décontracté. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend une grande cuisinière, un réfrigérateur-congélateur avec fonction eau glacée et un nouveau lave-vaisselle.
Une spacieuse salle à manger calme a une table pour six personnes et une petite table à manger dans la cuisine pour quatre personnes dans la villa. Il y a une autre table sur la terrasse de la piscine pouvant accueillir quatre personnes avec un nouveau barbecue à gaz pleine grandeur pour les clients à utiliser sans frais. La piscine chauffée dispose d'un filet de sécurité pour enfants sous une cage grillagée.
Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont dans une pièce séparée. Il y a un lit king dans le maître, un lit queen dans la deuxième et des lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre, tous avec des matelas à plateau-coussin. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision à écran plat et des radios.

We loved our stay at this home. It was so close and convenient to everything we needed! The hosts and property managers responded promptly to all of our messages and their kindness was very appreciated. Our kids loved the pool. It was a great size for our family of four with room to spare!

The property was very comfortable, in a fGreat community. The hosts were very accommodating. They had local company come by a couple times to service the pool. We had one issue with the washing machine which quickly resolved by the local maintenence company. A wonderful experience and we would stay there again!

We really enjoyed this home. Very roomy and the pool was nice and warm. The kitchen could have been better equipped e.i. no measuring cups, no 9 x 13 baking pan. We made due and it was fine. Pauline was very quick to reply to my messages. She was so kind about our late night check in. Enjoyed our time at this home.

Beauitful, charming house w great pool!

We loved our trip. Kids wanted to swim in pool nonstop and hosts were kind and communicative. Beds were comfy too! Will stay again for sure.

Sabal Harbour Stay

This was an excellent 5 week stay. The house gave us everything we needed, and the weather made everything perfect. We are looking forward to next year where we are thinking about a 6 week stay.

Perfect for our spring break stay

Relaxing Villa

Sable Harbor house

The 3 bedroom house was lovely and very quick communication with owners. Pool at house was nicely heated. Community center larger pool was also fun for the kids to use.

Loved this place

Clean and spacious home. Pool was amazing. Centrally located to restaurants, stores and beaches. Will definitely stay here again if we can. TVs could be easier to manage!!!

Happy Days

Very nice well equipped home with perfectly heated pool, quiet neighborhood and great location. We enjoyed watching a variety of Florida birds on and around the lake from the comfort of our lanai. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay!

This villa in a quiet, upscale neighborhood is a great home base to enjoy the Bradenton/ Sarasota area. My husband and I found the neighborhood great for walking with pretty landscaping and friendly neighbors. The sunrise views over the pool and water were a delight. The home has every amenity one would need and is only about a 30 minute drive to gulf beaches.

Perfect Vacation Home

My family and I could not have enjoyed our stay more. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation for the week. Only a short drive from several beaches and the beautiful gulf coast. My children’s favorite part of our vacation home was the pool. I recommend this home for anyone who wants a vacation home that feels like their home away from home.

Clean and cozy

Our stay was perfect! The communication between Howard and Pauline was always simple. The house is well stocked with cooking items, pool and beach toys/towels, and was very cozy. We will be back!
