Hello. Firstly, I must apologise to you for the oversight by our manager on not checking up on toilet roll and laundry soap replacement. He informs me that he has had to travel to Dallas for a family health issue for a few days and his routines were upended. He does a fine job of looking after our lovely villa as can be seen from our great guest reviews of our Premier Host home. You were given contact details to use for any problems you may encounter at all via text, email and phone to our management company but you chose not to use them. Had you done so someone would have called asap to correct any issues. Regarding the entry into the pool (via the shallow steps within) we do not state that our pool has disabled access frames in our conditions. The pool images obviously show no rail in place which would be an important issue for you to check up on with us knowing your needs. We had not had one single word from you until this review despite our timely contacts to you and fulsome home information during the booking process, so were completely unaware of your fathers situation and also of yours. We have owned and rented our home to guests for over 20 years and not one person has ever mentioned this issue, but they do speak of how much they enjoy the use of the heated pool and its cleanliness. We sincerely hope that you find a more suitable home for any further vacations you may take and wish you well. Best wishes, Howard and Pauline.
