A Place in the Sun is a 5 bedroom/5.5 bathroom home that sleeps 16 and is ready to welcome you and your family and friends for your next adventure! Even your dog can tag along as this retreat is dog-friendly! (additional fee(s) apply) You are located right on the beach and have a private pool so pack all of your beach gear and get ready to dig your toes in the soft sand and cool down in the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

About A Place in the Sun
The large covered porch overlooks the beach and provides guests with a shaded spot to enjoy the breeze. Here you can find a private pool that can be heated during the cooler months (additional fees apply) for your use only, a picnic table for alfresco meals, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after an exciting day of beachcombing and enjoying the sun.

The first floor of the home features a sunny open floor plan. On your left is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to whip up memorable homemade meals and beach snacks for everyone! There are two full-size refrigerators, offering more than enough space to keep your groceries and goodies nice and fresh. There is seating for 12 at the dining table with two additional chairs available. The living room is located on the other side of the floor and offers impeccable views of the Gulf of Mexico and its white sand beaches. The large smart TV and comfortable sofas create the perfect spot for movie nights. This floor also has two bedrooms. One is the primary bedroom with a beachfront balcony, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom also has a smart TV and bathroom access.

Upstairs, the second floor has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a second living room/bunk bed area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the Gulf side and share access to the second-floor balcony. Both have smart TVs and their en suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower/tub combo while the other bathroom has a shower and a soaking tub. A washer/dryer is also available on this floor for your laundry needs. The last area of this floor is the upstairs living room/bunk area. This area includes three built-in bunks, a living room/TV area, and a half bath.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
