The lanai overlooks the harbor and the community pool area. Additional amenities include a covered BBQ Grill area, a bathhouse with a full kitchen and a hot tub / spa which is situated alongside the marina. The kitchen is large with a breakfast bar that offers seating for 4. It is fully equipped with all the of the standard appliances and comforts of home. There is even a washer & dryer located inside the condo. The Primary Suite features its own view of the canal, with a sliding glass door that leads out to the lanai. There is a comfortable, adjustable king bed, walk-in closet, dresser and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower & soaking tub. The Guest Bedrooms offer a Queen Bed in one room and 2 Twin beds in the other. They are adjoined by a full bathroom with a shower / tub combo which is located nearby in the hall. The Palm Harbor community is spectacular. It offers a great location and secure, well-manicured grounds. You will have access to the pickleball and tennis courts as well. Relax and overlook the canal and marina, watch all of the boats come and go or simply cross the street to spend the day at the beach soaking in the Florida sun! *This is a PET FREE, NON-SMOKING Vacation Rental property per the HOA Rules.*It is available for rent year-round on a weekly basis (6 Night stays are required by the HOA) A 10 Day pre-approval period is required prior to your arrival.*This unit is located on the 4th Floor of the building.
