Sweet Haven is a peaceful, family-friendly home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in north Greensboro. Nestled on a half-acre lot with gardens and one of the largest red oaks in the state, this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home is perfect for families relocating, attending tournaments, or simply enjoying a restful getaway.
Inside, you’ll find two comfortable queen bedrooms—one with blackout shades and a ceiling fan, and the other with a private half bath and workspace. A third bedroom features a cozy twin bed. The full bathroom includes a washer/dryer, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and quality cookware.
Relax on the shaded front porch or enjoy a meal on the back patio surrounded by greenery. High-speed Wi-Fi and a 55” smart TV make work or downtime easy. A short walk leads to the scenic Townsend Trail by Lake Townsend, and you’re just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and I-840.
