The Space:
Soft daylight moves through open living spaces as your day begins, with quiet mornings easing into lively afternoons and relaxed evenings spent together. You drift between themed rooms, shared gathering areas, and outdoor spaces that let everyone find their own rhythm. After long days out, the home feels calm, spacious, and easy to settle into.
The space
This entire home in Kissimmee is designed for group stays, offering six themed bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two large living areas. The layout allows everyone to spread out while still coming together comfortably. A converted garage serves as a billiard lounge, creating a dedicated spot to unwind and enjoy casual games. Air conditioning and heating are available throughout the home, along with a washer and dryer to support longer or more relaxed stays.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 13 guests across six bedrooms. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 features a king bed in the Santorini-themed room. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while Bedrooms 3 and 5 each include a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 includes two full beds with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 6 features a bunk bed with a twin over full plus a full trundle, also with an ensuite bathroom. Bed linens and essentials are provided for your stay.
Bathrooms
There are six bathrooms in total, several of which are ensuite. Bathroom essentials are provided, offering convenience and privacy for groups traveling together.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and connects easily to the main living areas, making shared meals simple and unhurried. Stainless steel appliances and a dining table support both quick breakfasts and longer dinners. Indoor and outdoor dining areas give you flexibility throughout the day.
Outdoor living
Outside, you can enjoy time around the pool, which is available with optional heating. Outdoor seating and pool loungers offer a place to relax between activities, while the BBQ grill provides another way to gather over meals. A hot tub is also listed among the outdoor amenities.
Location and access
The home is located within Reunion Resort and includes a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock. WiFi and a dedicated workspace are available, supporting both leisure and longer stays of 28 days or more. Free parking is provided on the premises, with additional free street parking available.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:
-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;
-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;
-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;
-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;
-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;
-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;
-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.
IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.
Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The Neighborhood:
Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
