The open-plan studio layout includes an upstairs loft featuring a comfortable queen bed, while a queen sofa bed on the main level provides additional sleeping space, offering flexibility for up to three guests. An ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower completes the setup, with stylish spiral stairs adding a unique touch to the design. The well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator, stove, and cooking utensils, allows for easy meal preparation, while the dining area comfortably seats two for intimate meals.

The Beach Club is a private entity, not managed by Las Catalinas Doorway, and access is subject to availability with advance reservations required.

Mandatory Experience Fee:
A mandatory nightly USD 40 fee per bedroom, already included in the rate, enhances your stay with resort-style amenities and curated community experiences, including complimentary access to tennis and pickleball courts, gym access, daily wellness classes, valet parking, trail access, in-town transportation, weekly activities, and gratuities.

Authorized Construction Hours:

6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.: Start of work with minimal noise levels (no use of power tools).

7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Regular construction activity.

6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Limited work with reduced noise (no power tools).
