Private studio, huge walk-in shower, large windows, and lots of natural sunlight

From high speed internet to a full kitchen, or a short 2 day getaway to 2 weeks stay, this studio has everything you'll need!

The space:
Welcome to your own studio suite located on the main floor with your own private entrance! The studio is attached to the main house where I live. This place provides a quiet and comfortable stay for 2 adults. I know we are all tired of staying in the basement and stuck listening to foot steps all day, but not here! The studio is on the main floor facing the front of the house. The two large windows face south and east provide lots of the natural Colorado sunlight. The space is also professionally soundproofed from the rest of the house! The studio receives heating and cooling centrally from the rest of the house, but guest will have a separate AC/heating unit to further control the temperature in the studio.


Entrance:
Free parking on the curb along the house or on the furthest left spot on the driveway (just make sure not to block the garage. Follow the driveway and the concrete walk path to the right of the garage. Walk through the blue fenced gate with the welcome sign next to it. The walk way will lead you to the back patio where you'll see door to your studio.

Bathroom:
The bathroom boast an industrial walk-in shower. One thing I hate is low water pressure so I made sure this is not an issue. You'll find all toiletries and the hair dryer on the bathroom shelves.
The cabinet right outside of the bathroom will have extra towels and space for storage.

Kitchen:
This studio has a full kitchen with all the cooking utensils you'll need to make a Thanksgiving dinner (if you wanted to). An air fryer is provided and I politely ask that any heavy frying to be in the air fryer as not to trigger the smoke alarm. There's also a Keurig coffee maker with k-cups, electric kettle, and drink ware. Please load the dishwasher and start it before checkout.

Sleeping arrangements:
The studio has queen bed with memorial foam mattress. Plenty of extra blankets/sheets can be found in the storage compartment at the foot of the bed. Sleeping in altitude can be a little different if you're not used to it. There's a humidifier available to help with the dryness, a space heater for extra warmth, and an air purifier with HEPA filter for your convenience.

Living area:
Relax and lounge on the super comfortable Pottery Barn couch! The electric induction fireplace provides a cozy ambiance while you stream your favorite show on the Roku.
