A playground, park areas, game room, athletic club, and full-service restaurant are just a few additional amenities to mention, but there’s so much more here for you to explore on your own.



If you find yourself wanting to venture away from the resort, you’ll be within just a few miles to downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a short 20-minute drive away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination from snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes from the home, offering miles of ski, snowshoe, and walking trails. This area doesn’t just come alive in the winter months, however. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes away offering challenging fairways for all skill levels surrounded by vibrant scenery.

Sink into the soft sofa seating in the living room while you surf the channels or queue up a movie on the mounted TV, the fireplace keeping you warm and toasty during the cooler months. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen offers full-sized appliances, stone countertops, and rich wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. • This unit is NOT pet friendly.

• Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.

• This unit is located on the 2nd floor, with stairs required for entry.

• The Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; the spa is open all year round.



Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum.

HOUSE RULES:

1. No smoking allowed inside the property.

2. No events/parties.

3. Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am

4. NO Pets allowed

5. Please return all items within the unit back to the unit. (Pool Towels, and Key card belong to the unit).

6. Please return the keycard back to the unit, if not returned, guests will be charged $150 charge to replace if not returned/damaged.

7. Please do not exceed the max occupancy
