Very nice condo as advertised. If you’re looking for a place right in the village, it’s hard to beat this place. The property manager was very quick to respond to all inquiries and the owner was very accommodating.

Ideal location right in the village, walking distance to gondola, restaurants, shops. The size of the unit was great for our party of 7. Overall the unit was pretty clean. The property manager was very responsive.

The host is very good at communicating. The property was very nice and as advertised. The location is excellent right in the middle of the village. Very easy to get the gondola. I came with my wife and two small children and the size of the unit was excellent for all of us.

The condo’s host responsiveness, cleanliness, and location were all excellent. It's a 2 min. walk to the Gondola! One thing to mention is that the listing states that it has two king beds, but it actually has one king (not that comfortable) and one queen.

Perfect Holiday Getaway!

What a perfect place to create new memories, decompress, and ring in the New Year! Our stay was clean, super convenient, and a perfect location to spend time with family. The amenities were great and the village had everything we needed for a magical time! The owners were helpful and very communicative. We will be back!

Mammoth is beautiful

The Village is beautiful. Mammoth Mountain is magical. The unit was a little dirty and smelly, but the owner responded quickly and tried to take care of the problem.

The layout and location were excellent. Furniture run down, no rugs, linens with rips, bedspreads very worn out, pots and pans worn out with tephlon scratched through, no pot holders ( used a wash rag), closet door off the track, and the shower doors not on a track at all just hanging. It just needs some TLC. Also, need to advertise all the baths have huge rude to climb in. Very hard for me with arthritis. I probably would not have rented it had I known.

I stay in mammoth village every year in the summer and the winter.Most times we stay in a condo at Mammoth Village. This rental was by far the worst stay I have experienced.The unit was dirty. The furniture was old and wobbly; I was afraid of siting anywhere as I felt chairs would break and I would fall.The beds were uncomfortable and the pullout bed in the living room did not have a mattress. Was basically unusable.The location was the only good thing about this unit.The Village is a great place to stay just not this unit.There are many other better options in the same facility.

I am sorry our condo did not meet your expectation. Like I had mentioned when you were in the condo, "the sofa bed has inflatable mattress. You need to use to pump provided to inflate the mattress". Even the photo you have included here mentions on the label about inflating the mattress. (please review the first photo) As for the broken furniture you were referring to was broken by the previous guest who had left the same day. You had brought it to our attentions and was immediately repaired. Once again we strive to make great vacation for every guest visiting our condo.
