- All furniture should be placed back in its original place prior to check out.
- Please respect all host property (including decorative items and bikes). No parties or events - guests are responsible for any damages or missing items beyond normal wear.
- NO HAIR DYE Please do not dye your hair while in our home as it stains all of our linens and towels. There will be an extra charge if we have to soak stained linens and/or replace them.

- Grilling: There is no grill on-site. The nearby Anastasia State Park offers picnic pavilions with public grills for your use.
