Pool and beach location was excellent!

It was a great mini vacation for 2 people. Pool was wonderful and the Gulf was just across the street.

Great short stay

Had a place on the beach for 2 weeks, ending on March 30th, but didn’t want to drive back to Canada on Easter weekend so booked for 5 days but had to cut it short to 3 . Clean place beds comfy, close to restaurants, beach…

Great Location!

Walking distance to Johns Pass, restaurants, shopping, and right across from the beach. The property was quaint, the pool was quiet and clean. The other guests were friendly and respectful to each other. A real family feel. We would come back again.

Good

This place was just as pictured. The location was great for the beach and the pool is a nice extra. Having beach chairs is a Big Plus. There is a convenience store right across the street that has about everything. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Enjoyed our Stay at the Tropic Breeze 3

We had a great weekend. The Tropic Breeze 3 was very clean and updated. The Kitchen is VERY well equipped and there was enough towels for us for the whole weekend without having to wash any. It was very quiet. The pool was nice and had loads of chairs. The location is perfect. We will be staying there again.

Great Location!

The property was great - as advertised. The location directly across from Public Beach access which was perfect for us! I had elderly parents with us and it was close enough for them and safe! Cross walk just a few steps away. Property was clean. In sight maintenance and he was awesome!!! Just over all good choice!

Loved having the pool on the property plus a short walk to the beach.

Renting was easy and efficient. Had an issue with the hot water heater. Maintenance was there to fix it asap. We did not spend much time inside because the weather was perfect! The bathroom is small, but adequate. Would be difficult to maneuver for a large person. Excellent location. There are restaurants within walking distance, but prepared most meals in the condo. Would recommend for two adults with two children.

Nice place minutes from Madeira beach

This place was about 6 minutes walk from the beach and there was a bus stop as well to take you to Johns pass if you wanted. The pull out was not in great shape for a restful sleep, so that was a challenge for us. The kitchen was small but had everything you might need to cook. If making leftovers, you need your own containers though. The number lock system also sometimes had a sticky key which made it difficult to get in but would eventually work. Towels were bath towels so bring beach ones if you're heading there. The pool was nice and heated and folks were friendly. Overall, it was a good stay

Madeira Beach Condo

The location was great. Right across the street from the beach. The updates to the bathroom and kitchen were nice. Everything about the condo was great until towards the end of our stay we killed two giant american cockroaches. I showed the property owner and he explained they come up through the drains when the property is not rented for a while. I don't know but after that I couldn't wait to leave and I was worried my luggage may have brought home some hitchhikers so I had to be careful when unloading my things. I guess it's just something they deal with in that climate! Yikes!!!
